La Puerta Shows Argentina's Best Bonarda

Valle de la Puerta will be showcasing wines from their award-winning portfolio at the Wines of Argentina Annual Trade Fair on the 17th September at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London.  They can be found on table 46.

Andrew Noble, the winery’s Vice President, will be presenting the 2008 vintages of the La Puerta Clasico varietal range as well new vintages of their top end La Puerta Reserva wines. I

Included in this line up will be the first opportunity to taste La Puerta Bonarda Reserva 2006 which was awarded the Trophy for Best Bonarda in Argentina at the Wines of Argentina Awards 2008.

Valle de la Puerta is situated in the northern province of La Rioja cradled between the Famatina and Velasco mountains. With hot dry summer days and cool nights combined with clean air and desert-like topography this beautiful setting creates a near perfect microclimate for producing the very best grapes and award winning wines. The High North & Low South Malbec satellite table will feature a La Puerta 2008 wine illustrating this terroir.
